At 19:13 on the 8th October 2024, three fire engines from Blackpool and South Shore attended a derelict building fire on St Bedes Avenue, Blackpool. Firefighters wore breathing apparatus and used two hose reels and ventilation units to extinguish the fire. Crews were in attendance for forty-five minutes.
