As an experienced competent Area or Brigade Manager, you will be able to demonstrate a track record of improving performance and possess outstanding communication skills and leadership qualities.  Building on our recent HMICFRS inspection you will have the innovation and commitment to develop LFRS into an Outstanding Service, with a long-term vision, ensuring we continue to deliver efficient, quality services to the residents of Lancashire.

It is essential that candidates hold a minimum of a Level 7 qualification and a valid ICL 3 Operational Assessment.

Working arrangements:   Continuous Duty System

The postholder can live outside of the County, but there is a requirement that when the postholder is first on the rota, the postholder is in a place where they can attend Lancashire Police Headquarters at Hutton (SCG) or LFRS HQ within 90 minutes.
