At 11:13 hours on 19th July 2024, six fire engines from Hyndburn, Burnley, Darwen, Blackburn, Rawtenstall, and Clitheroe, along with the aerial appliance from Morecambe, attended an incident on Holmes Street, Padiham. The fire involves a commercial property. Firefighters are using four breathing apparatus and two jets to bring the fire under control and are still in attendance.
