At 21:54 on Monday, December 9, 2024, three fire engines from Burnley and Nelson fire stations attended a fire at a derelict property on Calder Street in Burnley. Crews used four breathing apparatus and two hose reels to extinguish the fire. Firefighters were on the scene for approximately ninety minutes.
