At 15:10 on April 14th, 2025, three fire engines from Leyland, Bamber Bridge and Preston attended a domestic building fire on Lansdown Hill in Preston. Firefighters wore breathing apparatus and used two hose reels, and one hose reel jet to extinguish the fire. Firefighters were in attendance for approximately three hours and forty minutes.
