At 02:35 on Tuesday, December 10, two fire engines from Chorley and Bamber Bridge Fire Stations attended a fire involving a domestic property on St. James Close in Lostock Hall. Firefighters used four breathing apparatus and two hose reel jets to extinguish the fire. Crews also utilized a positive pressure ventilation unit. Crews were in attendance for approximately two hours.
