At 06:17 on Friday 25th April 2025, two fire engines from Skelmersdale Fire Station attended a fire involving a garage on Ennerdale in Tanhouse. While on scene, firefighters extinguished the fire using one hose reel and two breathing apparatus. Crews also utilised a thermal imaging camera during the incident. The crews were in attendance for approximately two hours.
