At 19:36, two fire engines from Blackpool and Fleetwood attended a kitchen fire in a house on Southfleet Avenue, Fleetwood. Firefighters used two breathing apparatus, one hose reel, and a positive pressure ventilation unit to extinguish the fire. One person was treated by North West Ambulance Service and firefighters were in attendance for approximately two hours and thirty minutes.
