House fire in Great Harwood

At 17:10, two fire engines from Hyndburn and Great Harwood attended a fire on Greenhill, Great Harwood. The fire involved a door of a domestic property. Firefighters used a door ram and a positive pressure ventilation unit to extinguish the fire. One trauma bag and oxygen therapy was used to treat one casualty who was handed over to the North West Ambulance Service. Fire crews were on scene for two hours and twenty-five minutes.
