At 21:31 on 8th February 2025, three fire engines from Burnley, Nelson, and Colne attended an outbuilding fire on Reddyford Road, Nelson. Firefighters wore breathing apparatus and used one hose reel jet and a thermal imaging camera, two main jets to extinguish the fire. Crews were in attendance for approximately three hours.
