At 18:56 on 16th November 2024, fire engines from Preston and Penwortham attended a road traffic collision. Firefighters assisted North West Ambulance Service with the stabilisation of the vehicle and extrication of a person. Two people were involved in the incident, and one person was taken to hospital. Firefighters were in attendance for one and a half hours.
