At 10:09 on 30 August, two fire engines from Great Harwood and Rawtenstall attended a vehicle fire on the A56, Accrington. The incident involved one vehicle. Firefighters used one breathing apparatus, one hose reel, small tools, and an environmental grab kit to extinguish the fire. They were in attendance for forty minutes.
