At 13:27, three fire engines from Blackburn and Preston attended a fire involving the garden of a house on Bowland Road, Preston. Firefighters used one hose reel, one positive pressure ventilation unit and a thermal imaging camera to extinguish the fire. Crews were detained for approximately fifty minutes.
