On November 30, 2024, at 02:29 hours, two fire engines from Hornby and Lancaster attended an incident on Ravens Close Road, Wennington. The road traffic collision involved one vehicle. One casualty was extricated from the vehicle by fire service personnel. Firefighters used Holmatro cutting equipment and lighting. Crews remained at the scene for one hour and ten minutes.
