You will be required to operate across a breadth of Human Resources activity providing leadership to members of the Human Resources Team.
It is essential that candidates have excellent interpersonal skills, well developed written skills and the ability to write policies and reports to a high standard. Previous experience of working as a Human Resources Business Partner, or Manager, providing professional advice and guidance to line managers is also essential. Candidates are required to be a minimum of Level 5 CIPD qualified or equivalent.
