On 2nd March 2025 at 21:50, three fire engines from Leyland, Chorley, and Bamber Bridge attended a fire involving a tumble dryer in a domestic property on Marine Crescent in Buckshaw Village. Crews used one hose reel and ventilated the property. They were in attendance for approximately one hour.
